At School of Rock Worship at One Day Academy the focus is to help students prepare their music and play songs in a band setting. This includes preparation at home, rehearsal with peers, willingness to be a team player in a musical group, listening to other instruments while playing, and of course performance.

One big difference from this class as opposed to traditional school of rock is a focus on Christ and Praise as reasons to practice and perform.

We will be learning worship songs in a mix of genres and focusing on different students skill sets to show the hard work and dedication it takes to be a team player in a band or worship team!

While we still learn the language of music and how it relates to your instrument(s), this class is about using the skills we have worked hard for to perform music as a team.
