Criminal Justice (LETU CRIJ 1303)
In conjunction with LeTourneau University, One Day Academy offers this in-depth study of the criminal justice system. This one-semester class provides three university credit hours. Using a Christian worldview, the course offers an introduction to both the historical and philosophical overviews of the American criminal justice system. Students will study the nature, extent, and impact of crimes and gain understanding about criminal laws and courts, law enforcement agencies, and correctional systems. Please note that due to the nature of some of the topics (including criminal situations) discussed in class, the course is recommended for mature students.
