Student Enrollment Process

*If it has been 3 years or more since your family was admitted to ODA, you will need to follow the New Family Application Process and complete a family interview.

*If you are adding a sibling over the age of 12 who has not been previously admitted, you will need to complete a brief sibling interview.  Your student enrollment will not be processed until this interview is complete.  

Admission closes on January 31 for current school year - no new returning families will be accepted after this date for the school year currently in progress.

Step 1: Review the new course schedule on
1st Monday in March

Look it over to see which classes would fit your homeschool and students. Enroll each student attending using the Student Enrollment Form.


Step 2: Attend an Open House in the Spring

Each spring we open up every campus of One Day Academy to parents for one evening to:

  • Meet the teachers of the campus

  • Explore their curriculum

  • Sign up for fall & summer classes

  • Learn about upcoming changes for the next year


Step 3: Enroll your students with ODA (annually)

Each year returning families must enroll each of their students with One Day Academy, updating their contact information and paying the Annual Enrollment Fee. Once enrolled, all children in the family may attend any campus or campuses. One Day Academy Annual Enrollment Fee is $100/family. THERE IS AN EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTED PRICE PRIOR TO AUGUST 1 of $75.


Step 4: Contact & register with the faculty

Once you decide which courses you wish to attend at ODA, use our website to find each teacher's faculty web page. You will find contact information for each teacher on their faculty page as well as their courses offered, payment information & registration form links. 


Step 5: Attend Orientation in August

Every year, Orientation Week is held 1 week before classes start at the end of August. Attendance is important to pick up textbooks, meet with teachers, and gather last minute information.


Step 6: Enjoy your classes!

Pay Annual ENROLLMENT Fee:

  • Enrollment Fee of $100 [EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT PRICE IS $75 BEFORE AUG 1]
