Mrs. Fincher was my favorite choir teacher growing up. I had her 6th-8th grade, and the passion she had for music, respect for her students, and genuine joy to be present really stood out to me. In a time of a lot of change, she was a constant who always turned me back to my love of music and ultimately inspired me to be a music teacher.

I am incredibly grateful for Mrs. Karen Fincher and the impact she had on my life. Her passion for music, dedication to her students, and ability to create a positive and supportive classroom environment made every choir experience meaningful. She encouraged me to grow both musically and personally, and her enthusiasm inspired a lifelong love of music. In fact, she was one of the people who inspired me to pursue a career in music education myself. Her influence continues to shape the kind of teacher I strive to be, and I highly recommend her as an exceptional educator and mentor.
