Course Description:
This basketball skills and development class is designed for young athletes who are passionate about basketball and looking to become better all around basketball players. In this course we will improve physical skills and fitness, learn the small nuisances and details of basketball, what competing at a high level looks like, and the discipline it takes to be a student athlete. We will focus on key areas such as ball handling, shooting, defensive strategies, passing, footwork, and conditioning. Players will also develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, while also developing tools that will help them off the court. This environment will be fun and fast paced. Students are not required to have played basketball before however it is recommended that they have basic knowledge of the game.

Water bottle
Full size basketball
Must wear basketball/tennis shoes every day
Athletic wear
