Rachel has experience working with college students in a higher education setting; including academic advising and career counseling. During this time, she had the opportunity to teach a college level course on personal career planning and discovered a passion for coaching students through their career development process. Rachel sees value in pursuing some of these goals in high school to be better prepared for what college has to offer OR determine whether college is even an end goal for the student. She genuinely enjoys assisting students on their journey towards what it is God called them to.
