She is very personal with her students. She makes sure that everybody understands the material before moving on. She cares for us and shows it. She makes the learning more fun by telling us jokes and doing class activities to get us more involved with the lessons.

I liked her positive attitude, and if you didn't know how to do something she would take the extra time to help you out, she's patient with everyone's different learning speeds.

I like how excited she is for math and how God-driven she and the class is. She made sure that if you didn't understand something that you could come to her for help and that she was flexible and just wanted to help you understand. She genuinely cares about her students and doesn't just try to quickly shuffle through lessons, but makes sure everyone is following along.

She made it a fun, funny, and happy environment for us to learn math in.

I feel more confident in doing certain problems than I did the years before. I also learned new mathematical skills and I feel ready to move on.
