Cen-Tex Scripps Spelling Bee 2025
One Day Academy is sponsoring the Scripps National Spelling Bee for home-educated students in Central Texas. The winner may advance to the Central Texas regional BEE in February if they pass an online test. They then may be eligible to progress to the next level of competition.

About The Event
One Day Academy is sponsoring the Scripps National Spelling Bee. The winner advances to the regional playoff in February, and the winner of that event advances to the Houston PBS Spelling Bee in March. The winner of the Houston bee secures a position in the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington D.C. in May.
Students need to be no older than 15 by September 1, 2025 and in 8th grade or younger.
Must be currently homeschooled to qualify.
Registration fee: $10 per participant
