Here at One Day Academy

we want to offer your student the opportunity to develop their creative talents, while at
the same time exposing them to practical, hands-on experience in the communications field.

For the student who has always dreamed of

being a photographer or journalist, pursuing graphic arts or developing their public
speaking skills, we hope to help him or her begin taking steps to realizing that dream.

For the student who has no experience

we are here to help them get that experience. Our courses are hands-on, so our students
will have the opportunity to learn from scratch, and improve on skills they already have.

For the student looking beyond high school

communications courses help your student prepare for the future. Skills acquired in
speech and debate classes are applicable to a vast array of fields and ministries, and along
with other communications classes, show universities that students are well-rounded in their
studies and interests. Many schools are looking for activities which require dedication
and commitment, such as participation on a yearbook staff.

Through courses such as photography and journalism, One Day Academy hopes to offer students a unique opportunity to determine if they would like to pursue a career or ministry in
that area.
